NOTICE TO CREDITORS
IN RE: SARA E. WOOLLEY
TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST THE ABOVE ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that a Trust estate is being administered. SARA E. WOOLLEY, a resident of PINELLAS County, Florida, who died on March 14, 2022, was the settlor of a Trust titled: THE REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT OF SARA E. WOOLLEY U/T/D 1/5/2016. The name and address of the Trustee of the Trust is set forth below.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims against decedent's estate on whom a copy of this notice is served within three months after the date of first publication of this notice must file their claims with the Successor Trustee at the address listed below ON OR BEFORE THE LATER OF THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE TO THEM.
All other creditors of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the estate of the decedent must file their claims with the Trustee WITHIN THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS HEREIN SET FORTH WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH ARE BARRED.
