Hurst, Housing Finance Authority of Manatee County, Florida, LSCI, Inc, Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Stephanie McMullen, Unknown Party #2 N/K/A Michael McMullen, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the August 24, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 16, BLOCK L, TANGELO PARK, 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
