Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that Angelina Colonneso, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. , at online public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on October 26, 2022 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
Lot 48, Covered Bridge Estates, Phase 2, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, Pages 41 through 48, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
