NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July7, 2022 and entered in Civil Case No.: 2021CA004267AX of the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Zhulie Liu, is the Plaintiff and Chun Shui Xie, a/k/a Chunshui Xie, is the Defendant, that I, Angelina Colonneso, as Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 am on September 14, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure to wit:
The East 317.57 feet of Lot 1, Block 17 and the West 25 feet of Lot 2, Block 18, ONECO PARK SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 217, together with vacated road lying between said Lot 1, Block 17 and said Lot 2, Block 18, known as 24th Street East, as described in Resolution recorded in O.R. Book 1101, Page 446, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, LESS rights-of-way for Saunders Road (63rd Avenue East) as set forth in Quit Claim Deed recorded in O.R. Book 162, Page 65, Fee Simple Deed recorded in O.R. Book 192, Page 756 and Order of Taking under Case No. CA 89-6 recorded in O.R. Book 1252, Page 3711, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031
