You are hereby notified that an Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the estate of GARTH DALMAIN UMSTOT, also known as GARTH UMSTOT, deceased, File Number 2022-CP-2245; by the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 1115 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34205; that the decedent's date of death was July 23, 2021; that the total value of the estate is $51,665.00 and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are: TODD UMSTOT whose address is 6001 Imperata Street N.E., Apt. 9105, Albuquerque, NM 87111; MARK UMSTOT whose address is 10 Laurel Hill Road, Westhampton, MA 01027; SCOTT UMSTOT whose address is 4 Dornell Road, Ipswich, MA 01938; KATHRYN LEHNUS whose address is 26972 Salazar Drive, Mission Viejo, CA 92691; and PATRICIA KACZMAREK whose address is 82 High Street, Revere, MA 02151.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the estate of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the estate of the decedent other than those for whom provision for full payment was made in the Order of Summary Administration must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 733.702. ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER APPLICABLE TIME PERIOD, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
