NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered July 19, 2022 in Case No. 2018CA002402000000 in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR6 (“Plaintiff”) and ELIZABETH SONE A/K/A ANA ELIZABETH SONE; WIDES A. MARTE A/K/A WIDES MARTE, AS AN ACCOMODATION PARTY; ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC.; REAL TIME RESOLUTIONS, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA (“Defendants”). Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Circuit Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 2ND day of SEPTEMBER, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 1002, POINCIANA, NEIGHBORHOOD 4, VILLAGE 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 4 THROUGH 18, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
