NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22, 2022 and entered in Case No. 2021-CC-005373, in the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida wherein ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC., is the Plaintiff and FRENCH BOLEN, KNOWN HEIR OF COYET BOLEN, DECEASED, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, GRANTEES, DEVISEES, LIENERS, TRUSTEES, AND CREDITORS OF COYET BOLEN, DECEASED are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder online at www.polk.realforeclose.com , at 10:00 A.M. on the 25th day of August, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 414, VILLAGE 7, NEIGHBORHOOD 2 WEST, POINCIANA SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 58, Page 2, of the Public Records of Polk County, FL.
Parcel Identification Number:28-27-33-934460-414020.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
