NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 6, 2022, and entered in Case No. 53-2021-CA-002923 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. , is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against Gilbert S. Binsted aka Gilbert Salvatore Binsted, deceased, Monica Keenan, Marcia Nellos, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the August 23, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
