NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 13, 2022, and entered in Case No. 53-2019-CA-000873 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and George E. Jenkins a/k/a George Jenkins, Judy Jenkins, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the August 30, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 19, 20, 21 AND 22, BLOCK 6, AVON VILLA, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 5, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
