NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on June 6, 2022 and the Order Granting Plaintiff's Emergency Motion for an Order Cancelling July 21, 2022 Foreclosure Sale and Rescheduling Sale entered on July 19, 2022 and docketed July 20, 2022 in Civil Case Number 2022CA000078000000 in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida wherein CIVIC REAL ESTATE HOLDINGS III, LLC is the Plaintiff and GARCIA LAMAR PROPERTIES LLC; CITY OF WINTER HAVEN, FLORIDA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A CORY COPELAND are the Defendants, Stacy M.
