NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Parcel 68, TIMBER LAKE ESTATES, a Condominium, Phase I, and the undivided percentage of interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Record Book 1369, Pages 484-537, and amended in Official Record Book 1372, Pages 598-602, and thereby supplemented by Official Record Book 1468, Page 133, and all amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, Pages 33-36, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; and all future amendments and/or supplements thereto.
Together with a 1985 OAKS mobile home ID#32620237AU & 32620237BU.
With the following street address: 34341 Country Breeze Avenue, Wesley Chapel, Florida, 33543.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco. realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on August 25, 2022.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
