MALEK A/K/A MARK EDWARD MALEK, DECEASED; EDWARD MALEK, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF MARK E. MALEK, A/K/A MARK EDWARD MALEK; EDWARD MALEK, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF MARK E. MALEK A/K/A MARK EDWARD MALEK; KAREN ROSE, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF MARK E. MALEK A/K/A MARK EDWARD MALEK; KEY VISTA MASTER HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; WESLEY GIBSON; UNKNOWN PARTY #1, UNKNOWN PARTY #2, UNKNOWN PARTY #3, AND UNKNOWN PARTY #4 THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on James P. Harwood, Plaintiffs atto whose address is 255 S. Orange Ave., Ste. 900 Orlando, FL 32801-3454, on or before 9/6/22, (or 30 days from the first date of publication) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on 9/6/22 or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
The Court has authority in this suit to enter a judgment or decree in the Plaintiff's interest which will be binding upon you.
