NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 28, 2022, and entered in 2020CA002862CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR FINANCE OF AMERICA STRUCTURED SECURITIES ACQUISITION TRUST 2018-HB1 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF BENJAMIN MAZZARELLA A/K/A BENJAMINE MAZZARELLA, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; SHADOW RIDGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; BENJAMIN MAZZARELLA; BERNADETTE MAGUIRE; EMILIA HAAS are the Defendant(s).
