NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2022 entered in Civil Case No. 2021-CA- 1228 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Lobby, Third Floor Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida at 11:00a.m. on the 25th day of August, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 5, Building 43 of No. 3A, of the Glades Country Club Apartments Condominium, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 518 at pages 146 through 259, of the Public Records Collier County, Florida, and as subsequently amended.
Property Address: 200 Palm Drive No. 5, Naples, FL 34112.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
