That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit E-1, The Sharondale Condominium of Palm River, a Condominium, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms and other provisions of the Declaration thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 939, Page 717 through 777, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
