Unit 26, Section 5, of Lucaya Country Club Villas, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 792, Page 59, and any amendments thereto, and as per Condominium Book 3, Page 15, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; Together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto as set forth in said Declaration.
commonly known as 4444 SWIFT ROAD, #22, SARASOTA, FLORIDA 34231, has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Kelly D. Haywood, Esq., of Bivins & Hemenway, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1060 Bloomingdale Avenue, Valrico, Florida, 33596, (813) 643-4900 (telephone), or (813) 643-4904 (facsimile), on or before September 6, 2022, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint to Quiet Title.
