NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8, 2022, and entered in Case No. 20-CA-006109 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ODEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY as Trustee for RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST Series 2006-A13 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES Series 2006-M, is Plaintiff and HOLLY L. PAPPA A/K/A HOLLY D. PAPPA; GERALD A. PAPPA; WESTCHASE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TRUIST BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO SUNTRUST BANK, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 8th day of September, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Consent Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 5, WESTCHASE SECTIONS 302 AND 304, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
