NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment In Favor Of Plaintiff, CITRUS POINTE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., entered in this action on the 1st day of August, 2022, Cindy Stuart, Clerk of Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on August 29, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
Lot 5, Block 4, CITRUS POINTE, UNIT 1, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 57, Page 21 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 14015 Citrus Pointe Drive, Tampa, Florida 33625 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
