IN THE NAME OF THE STATE OF OREGON:
The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) has filed an amended petition asking that the court enter a judgment determining that Daniel Woodard, Jr., AKA Daniel Woodward, Jr. is the legal and biological father of the above-named child and that you are not the legal or biological parent of the child. You are directed to file a written answer to the petition no later than 30 days after the date service has been accomplished by this Published Summons. You may use the sample answer provided below, or you may provide an answer that is in substantially similar form.
Your answer should be mailed to the Linn County Circuit Court, PO Box 1749, Albany, OR 97321, and to ODHS' attorney, Kate Beck, Assistant Attorney General, Department of Justice, 1162 Court Street NE, Salem, OR 97301.
This summons is published pursuant to the order of the circuit court judge of the above-entitled court, dated July 18, 2022. The order directs that this summons be published once each week for four(4) consecutive weeks, making four(4) publications in all, in a published newspaper of general circulation in Pinellas County, Florida.

If you do not file a written answer as directed above, or do not appear at any subsequent court-ordered hearing, the court without further notice and in your absence may take any action that is authorized by law, including but not limited to ENTERING A JUDGMENT OF PARENTAGE as to Daniel Woodard, Jr., AKA Daniel Woodward, Jr. and a JUDGMENT OF NONPARENTAGE as to you on the date the answer is required by this summons or on a future date.
If you answer the petition, the court may schedule a hearing on the petition; the court WILL ORDER YOU TO PERSONALLY APPEAR AT THAT HEARING, and the court may schedule other hearings related to the petition and order you to personally appear at those hearings.
