NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE ADOPTION OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023 BUDGETS; NOTICE OF AUDITOR SELECTION COMMITTEE MEETING; AND NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD OF SUPERVISORS' MEETING.
The Board of Supervisors of the SWI Community Development District will hold a public hearing on August 26, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. in the offices of Cobb Cole, located at 149 South Ridgewood, Daytona Beach, FL 32114 for the purpose of hearing comments and objections on the adoption of the proposed budget beginning October 1, 2022 and ending September 30, 2023 (“Fiscal Year 2022/2023”). The Public Hearing and regular meeting will take place immediately following the adjournment of the Auditor Selection Committee meeting where the Board may consider any other business that may properly come before it. The Auditor Selection Committee will review, discuss and recommend an auditor to provide audit services to the District for Fiscal Year 2022. A copy of the agendas and Proposed Budget may be obtained at the offices of the District Manager, PFM Group Consulting LLC, 3501 Quadrangle Blvd., Suite 270, Orlando, Florida 32817, (407) 723-5900 (“District Manager's Office”), during normal business hours.
The public hearing and meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. The public hearing and meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meetings. There may be occasions when staff or other individuals may participate by speaker telephone.

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the public hearing or meetings is advised that person will need a record of proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
