Seeking applications from its Citizens to serve as a member on the
PLANNING & LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATION BOARD
The Planning & Land Development Regulation Board (PLDRB) generally meets monthly at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, 160 Lake Ave, Palm Coast, Fl 32164.
The function of the PLDRB is to make recommendations to the City Council regarding the Comprehensive Plan and land development regulations. Further, the PLDRB reviews the land development regulations and, where necessary, suggests amendments to the regulations for consistency and to ensure that they complement the Comprehensive Plan.
Applicants must be registered to vote in Flagler County and be residents of the City of Palm Coast.
