Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, Crystal K. Kinzel, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situate in Collier County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 11, FURSE LAKES CLUB CONDOMINIUM, BLDG F, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1600, PAGE(S) 790-862, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 11:00 a.m. in the 3rd Floor Lobby, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida on September 1, 2022.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
