Parties Claiming interest have rights to a hearing prior to sale with Clerk of Court. Owner has rights to recover possession of vehicle w/out judicial proceedings as pursuant to FL Statute 559.917. The lien claimed by the lienor is subject to enforcement pursuant to section 713.585 FL Statutes. These vehicle may be sold to satisfy the lien.
