BOOK 391, PAGE 912; O.R. BOOK 471, PAGE 721; O.R. BOOK 501, PAGE 202; O.R. BOOK 501, PAGE 206 AND O.R. BOOK 526, PAGE 281, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, INCLUDING ALL APPURTENANCES TO THE UNIT, INCLUDING THE UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
