STAKEHOLDER ASSETS MANAGEMENT LLC, a limited liability company existing under the laws of the State of New Mexico, has a place of business in Miami-Dade County, State of Florida, and is lawfully authorized to transact business in the State of Florida,
Plaintiff(s), vs. HAROLD K. FOX; DALE PEDLEY (“Fox and Pedley”); VICKIE L. POTTS, as Charlotte County Tax Collector (“Tax Collector”); and the respective unknown successor trustees, spouses, beneficiaries, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other parties claiming by, through, under, or against them, if alive, and if any of the named above-referenced defendants are dead, any successor trustees, beneficiaries, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, liners, creditors, trustees, or other persons or entities claiming to have any right, title or interest in and to the Real Property which constitutes the subject matter of this action (“the Unknown Defendants”),

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to Quiet Title to the following-described of Real Property in Charlotte County, Florida:
Lot 50, Block 987, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 17, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book5, Page(s) 6-A through 6-D, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida. Parcel ID: 402205351001.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on Rostyslav Sipakov, a Single Member at STAKEHOLDER ASSETS MANAGEMENT LLC, whose mailing address is PO BOX 310772, Miami, FL, 33231-0772 on or before the 14th day of September, 2022, and file the original with the Clerk of Court either before service on the Plaintiff(s) or immediately thereafter otherwise a Default and Judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
