NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 19, 2022, and entered in 41-2022-CA-000035 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and ELMER O. STENNES, JR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELMER O. STENNES, JR; THE THIRD BAYSHORE, CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on September 01, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
