NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment for Lien Foreclosure dated August 2, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2021 CC 004644 SC of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing, will publicly sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on September 1, 2022, the following described property:
UNIT NO. 203, THE WINDSOR HOUSE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 864, PAGES 916 THROUGH 967, AS AMENDED, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 21, 21A AND 21B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the Clerk of the Court reports the surplus as unclaimed.
