NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 8, 2019 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 29, 2022, entered in Civil Case No.: 18-CA-007276 (J) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC., Plaintiff, and DARLEEN W. WALDEN; PRESTON WALDEN; FLETCHER'S MILL TOWNHOUSE ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
CINDY STUART, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 8th day of September, 2022, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 18.83 FEET OF THE EAST 69.80 FEET OF LOT 1, BLOCK 1, FLETCHER'S MILL, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGES 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
