MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP., is the Plaintiff and DONALD G. ZOBRIST; CYPRESS CREEK OF HILLSBOROUGH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT #1, are Defendant(s), Cindy Stuart, HillsboroughCountyClerkofCourts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on August 22, 2022 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
