NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 3 day of AUGUST, 2022, and entered in Case No. 22-CA-000738, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC., D/B/A MR. COOPER is the Plaintiff and MARY M. BALL; CAPEWAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY M. BALL and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. LINDA DOGGETT as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 2 day of SEPTEMBER, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
