Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 8 day of August, 2022, and entered in case No. 22-CC-001633 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NORMARC CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and BARBARA CARPANZANO is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 7 day of SEPTEMBER, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Apartment 7, and an undivided 1/8th interest in those common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms, and other provisions of that Declaration of Condominium of Normarc Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 2204, Page 1079 through 1129, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
