LOT 12, BONITA DRIVE ESTATES, AN UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION IN THE WEST ½ OF THE NORTHEAST ¼ OF THE SOUTHEAST ¼ OF THE SOUTHEAST ¼ OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER WEST ½ OF THE NORTHEAST ¼ OF THE SOUTHEAST ¼ OF THE SOUTHEAST ¼ OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE SOUTH 0°02'49” WEST FOR 340.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LANDS HEREIN DESCRIBED; THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH FOR 75.0 FEET; THENCE WEST FOR 165.54 FEET; THENCE NORTH FOR 75.0 FEET; THENCE EAST FOR 165.60 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
