NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated and entered in Case No. 19-003506-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida where City of St. Petersburg, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and Ruby Lee Williams, Isaiah Williams, Jr., The Unknown Heirs, Grantees, Beneficiaries, Devisees, and Creditors Of Isaiah Williams, Jr., Deceased, Tommy Williams, Deborah Landers, Lang Environmental Management and Resources, Inc., State of Florida, Department of Revenue, Clerk of Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Tommie L. Mason Jr. is/are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on September 14, 2022 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
