NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 27, 2022 entered in Case No. 21-003602-CO of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CLEARWATER CASCADE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and JANICE FIEDELDEY, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST RICHARD GOLDEN; AND UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court of Pinellas County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 30th day of August, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
