NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure rendered on October 28, 2021, entered in Case No. 17-003455-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Innova Investment Group, LLC is the Plaintiff and ELISHA C. ADAMS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELISHA ADAMS together with any, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, or trustees of said defendant(s), and all other persons claiming by, through or against Defendants; City of St. Petersburg and any Unknown Tenant in Possession. Pursuant to said Final Judgment, the Clerk of the Court for Pinellas County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on September 20, 2022, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
