AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and JOEL KRUH; BONITA V. KRUH; PHILIP KRUH, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JOEL KRUH, DECEASED; PHILIP KRUH; SHARON KRUH; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Crystal K. Kinzel as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on September 08, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
