NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2022 entered in Civil Case No. 2022-CC-342 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 1st day of September, 2022 at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail, First Floor Atrium, Naples, Florida 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit Week No. 52, in Condominium Parcel 4, of Gulf Pointe, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, and exhibits thereof, as recorded in Official Record Book 00959, Pages 001957 through 002017, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, if any.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
