NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 9, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-004378-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and CHRISTINE VERNAU; WILLIAM L. VERNAU; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; SWEETWATER WEST HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Tiffany M. Russell, Clerk of the Circuit Court for ORANGE County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 12TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 54, SWEETWATER WEST, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 12 THROUGH 18, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
