NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF WINTER GARDEN, FLORIDA
On Thursday, August 25, at 6:30 p.m., or soon thereafter, the City Commission of the City of Winter Garden will hold a Public Hearing in City Hall Commission Chambers, 1st Floor, 300 W. Plant Street, Winter Garden, Florida, to consider adopting the following proposed ordinance:
ORDINANCE 22-25
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER GARDEN, FLORIDA, PERTAINING TO THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY; AMENDING SECTION 98-121 GOVERNING THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY WITH RESPECT TO APPOINTMENT, REMOVAL, AND TERMS OF MEMBERS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS, CODIFICATION, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The City Commission of the City of Winter Garden will hold a second reading and public hearing in the City Hall Chambers located at 300 W. Plant Street, Winter Garden, FL, on Thursday, September 15, 2022, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon after as possible to also consider the adoption of the ordinance.
Interested parties may appear and be heard regarding the same. A copy of the proposed ordinance is available in the City Clerk's Office, City Hall, during normal business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for legal holidays. Persons wishing to appeal any decision made by the City Commission at such hearing, will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose you may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based. The City does not provide this verbatim record. Persons with disabilities needing special accommodations to participate in this public hearing should contact the City Clerk's Office at (407) 656-4111, Ext. 2297 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
