NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 9th day of August 2022, and entered in Case No. 2021-CA-008561-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF TIMES SQUARE REVOLVING TRUST is the Plaintiff and TODD JOHNSON; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 11th day of October 2022 at 11:00 AM at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL as the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, EATON ESTATES, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 78, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
