YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following property in Manatee County, Florida
Lots 53, 54, 55, 58, of WASHINGTON PARK, UNITS 1, 2, 3 AND 4, in Section 12, Township 34 South, Range 17 East, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 124, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
LESS that part lying within 110 feet of the survey line of SR 55, Section 13130, said survey line being described as follows:
Begin on the South boundary of the SW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 12, Township 34 South, Range 17 East, at a point 783.30 feet East of the SW corner thereof; run Thence North 22 degrees 20' 24” West 1,461.19 feet to the North boundary of said SW ¼ of the NW ¼ of said South 12 at a point 233.88 feet East of the NW corner thereof, Less existing rights of way.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on David A. Altier, Esq., David A. Altier, P.A., Plaintiffs' attorney, whose address is 1432 First Street, Sarasota, Florida 34236, on or before SEPTEMBER 22, 2022 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demand in the Complaint.
