NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 24, 2022 and an Order To Reschedule Foreclosure Sale and Disburse Forfeited Funds dated August 10, 2022, entered in Civil Case No.: 2019 CA 001577 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff, and ANGELA PAVER; SIENNA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE HENRY W. THIESS AND FRANCES E. THIESS TRUST U/A/D 8/24/1998; NANCY J. KELLEY; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF KELLY GOUGH, DECEASED, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 15th day of September, 2022, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 242, SIENNA PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 2006116369, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
