NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 14, 2022 in Case No. 20-CA-006345 in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-2, NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 (hereafter “Plaintiff”) and GREENWOOD VOR, INC.; ROBERT NEWMAN A/K/A ROBERT P. NEWMAN (“Defendants”). Cindy Stuart, Clerk of the Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 12TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 65 FEET OF THE SOUTH 130 FEET OF THE NORTH 260 FEET OF THE WEST 163.85 FEET OF LOT FIFTY-FIVE A (55A), LESS THE WEST 30 FEET FOR STREET, TEMPLE TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 67 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
