NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed June 20, 2022 and entered in Case No. 19-CA-008316, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and LAUREEN C. SUTHERLAND A/K/A LAUREEN SUTHERLAND; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAUREEN C. SUTHERLAND A/K/A LAUREEN SUTHERLAND; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE
SUBJECT PROPERTY; TANGLEWOOD PRESERVE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. CINDY STUART, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on September 7, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK 8, TANGLEWOOD PRESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 107, PAGE 254, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
