NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2022 and entered in Case No.: 21-CC-089473 of the County Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CORTEZ OF CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and CARRIE BISHOP, et al., are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, Cindy Stuart, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on OCTOBER 7, 2022 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit::
Condominium Unit 3804 D, Building 2, CORTEZ OF CARROLLWOOD, a Condominium together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 3543, Page 86-145 and all it attachments and amendments and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, Page 39, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
