NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment In Favor Of Plaintiff, HERITAGE HARBOR GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. (the “Association”), entered in this action on the 13th day of August, 2022, Cindy Stuart, Clerk of Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on October 07, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
Lot 13 Block 38, Heritage Harbor Village 17, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 94, page(s) 13-1 through 13-5, inclusive, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 19025 Fishermans Bend Drive, Lutz, Florida 33558 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
