NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 20, 2022, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-002208 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as indenture trustee, for the CIM Trust 2016-2, Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2016-2, is the Plaintiff and Douglas W. Paver a/k/a Douglas Paver, Teresa L. Paver a/k/a Teresa Paver, Summerfield Master Community Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the September 12, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 16, BLOCK 3, OF SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE II, TRACT 5, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
SUBDIVISION DISCLOSURE STATEMENT, DRAINAGE EASEMENT. THE DEVELOPER HAS DESIGNATED CERTAIN AREAS OF THE SUBDIVISION AS “DRAINAGE EASEMENT” ON THE FINAL PLAT. NO PERMANENT IMPROVEMENTS OR STRUCTURES SHALL BE PLACED OR ERECTED UPON THE ABOVE REFERENCED PROPERTY.
