NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 19-002731-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Marian M. Rodriguez a/k/a Marina M. Rodriguez a/k/a Marina Rodriguez; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, or against the herein named Individual Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said Unknown Parties may claim an interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other claimants; Unknown Tenant whose name is fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 21st day of September, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST THIRTY-FIVE (35) FEET OF LOT THREE (3), AND THE EAST TWENTY-FIVE (25) FEET OF LOT FOUR (4), BLOCK NINE (9), CRESTMONT REVISED SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 10, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
