NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 20-000800-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-OA2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OA2, Plaintiff and GONCHAROV, YURY, et al., are Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller will sell to the highest bidder for cash at WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 14th day of September, 2022, the following described property:
LOTS 8 AND 8A, KIPP'S COLONY ESTATES AT PASADENA YATCH & COUNTRY CLUB, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, PAGE 72 THROUGH 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
