NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 27, 2022, and entered in 52-2022-CA-000312 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-4, NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF SANDRA CLEMONS, DECEASED; THERESA LYNN BOULA ATKINSON; FOUNDATION FINANCE COMPANY, LLC; AQUA FINANCE, INC.; SPRINGWOOD VILLAS II, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 27, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 15, CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 1 OF SPRINGWOOD VILLAS NO. II REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 1, SAID PLAT DELETED AND REPLACED BY CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 58; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3444, PAGE 523 THRU 588, AND ALL THE AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
